Your classification is a result of your lifestyle. GMs live different lives than C class shooters. Lifestyle comes down to habits and attitudes, and these can be changed. Similarly, bad habits don't have to control tour life! YOU are in control, and by controlling your thoughts and repeating good decisions daily you can change these habits forever very quickly! Your lifestyle is a function of your habits and your attitudes. Habits: Things you always do Attitudes: Your settled feelings about personal topics individually and collectively This class will show you how to feel better about the things you always do, and change the things that need to be changed. These can be changed permanently with repetition, but the change will require two things. 1. A willingness to make the changes 2. Pay Value for the change People fail to reach goals because they place too much emphasis on the accomplishment and not enough emphasis on the process. I struggled to lose weight when I focused on the scale. I lost 26 pounds in roughly 60 days by getting obsessed with my meal planning and exercise schedule. From 213 to 187 . By changing my attitudes and then my habits. I also quit smoking in literally ONE day by identifying pay value and choosing a new habit to replace smoking. This class WILL give you the tools to make whatever changes to your life are worth changing your life for.
